The market place has finally sorted out how to change the color of Quartz. It took them years but they nailed it. These rich blue Quartz drops fall from a little gold crest. That piece I cast from some antique 22 K Gold pieces that originated in India.

The English colonialized China and India during the 1800’s. They realized the incredible craftsmanship in both countries and s a result they took western designs to both countries and had them made to be exported back to England.

I found 4 designs of these baby crests and cast them in sterling with a gold plate.
