We want you to feel confident wearing our work! If a piece has been pulled i.e. caught on a sweater going over your head or babies grabbing that irresistible shiny object for a closer look. These things can stress wire to a breaking point. If this happens, we are happy to fix what’s wrong. If we are able to fix the problem at no cost we are delighted to do so. however there are rare occations, when a stone or pearl is lost in the process. Those will require a replacment cost. if the piece needs rebuilding we have to charge for that. All we ask is you for to pay the shipping cost!
We are unable to make single earrings. If you lose one, we can only reproduce a pair given the handmade nature of our jewelry and the need for matching stones and pearls.
