Yowzah!

I wore this twice and got so many compliments it was a conversation started. I was surprised at how easy it was to wear given its length and design. I’m putting it online for a month or so and if no one grabs it………….it’s MINE;-)

A thick double strand of oxidized sterling chain. A long chain drop with a coin from 1867. One side is hand engraved with the initials “E.W.” There’s a little engraved wheat branch under those letters.

The other side has a female figure sitting on a thrown holding a wand. and looking over her shoulder. The coin was clearly cherished by someone for a long time. Some of the detail has smoothed over on both sides. The engraved initials in particular.

To put the age in perspective these were some of the events that happened in history in 1876;
