This piece of branch coral is an ivory color with light pink tips. It’s a good sized piece with a few silver pearls clustered around the top. The 14 KGF chain is especially pretty. It has flat links that shimmer as you move creating a slight sparkle when it’s worn. In other words, it’s feminine.

The sad truth about coral is it’s dying. Our oceans are unable to support their growth and maintain what’s already there. Having grown up in Hawaii I swam over and under universes of coral and colorful fish.

People are working hard to save what’s possible to save and are growing coral in laboratories so hope springs eternal.
