Large, rare and antique a Pools of Light orb with black Spinel around the equator and a good sized white pearl on oxidized sterling silver chain. There are wee faceted silver beads peppered long the chain making it sparkle just a little more.

Pools of light have a long, prized history. These clear Quartz orbs were used in Jewelry during the late 18th century. Only quartz can be called Pools of Light. Glass is not at all the same for a variety of reasons. Quartz bends light leaving a pool right next to each orb creating a halo of light around the wearers neck. They are absolutely magical. Holding all the properties (listed below) imbued within the stone. They are extremely expensive on the antique market place. It’s a rare offering and a very limited edition.
