This has a hand carved sterling silver crescent pendant with a rose gold center engraved with the letters C and N. There is also the letters SSAA on the back. The stones are smooth Garnets and faceted Smokey quartz with rose gold pyrite. I love antique pieces and I’ve never seen Rose Gold on a sterling crest. They were often given to honor an event or just a loving gift.
