Swarovski components are made by a company of the same name in Austria. Considered the premier producer of glass. The company started in 1892 and is famous for rhinestone pins, some massive and popular with the jet set of the 1950’s.

Unfortunately some years ago the company decided to stop selling their components. It was devastating to the bead community because there’s no better quality. The upshot is you just can’t get anything from the company itself other than their own designs. I have just a few of these pearls and let them go sparingly.
